The people working there were super nice. That acai base was pretty good too, however I prefer a thicker consistency for my acai. I did feel like the toppings were limited and the type of granola was okay, but the fruit and toppings that they did use seemed very fresh.

Fantastic little spot, came here for breakfast with coworkers and there was no line at 10:30 in the morning. They have a good selection of acai bowls, smoothies, and poke bowls. I got the acai bowl and my coworker got the pink dragonfruit smoothie, and we both agreed they was just as delicious as it looked. I also felt healthy and full after eating it. If I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely want to come back and try the other things on their menu!

I used to come here often years ago when I worked nearby, and enjoyed their açaí bowls. I was in the area recently and was craving a smoothie. I ordered their Dawn Patrol smoothie which includes strawberries and bananas. It was tasty and definitely fulfilled my smoothie craving on a nice sunny sf afternoon. The smoothie was $6.95. There is only one large table with 6 chairs to dine-in, but there are also a few tables outside to enjoy your açaí bowls and/or smoothie. Additionally, service here is pretty quick and friendly.

Excellent açaí bowls and smoothies! Quick service, even right at lunch time. Not a lot of seating but easy to take to go.

Good acai, but definitely on the pricier end. This spot is easy to miss since the entrance is so small and its in an area with a bunch of other stores. The inside is also quite tiny, though there's one really large table for you to sit at. It seems like most people that come here take it to go anyways. My friends and I ate inside, and you first order at the counter and then wait for them to call your food when its ready. I got a medium classic acai bowl, which was topped with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. The acai itself was nice and creamy, and there was a good amount of banana and strawberries. There was also granola within though I wish they had put a little more. A couple of my friends got the poke bowl which looked really good too. For a quick bite this does the job, but it is a little pricey for what it is!

For dessert, craved açaí bowl. Blue Hawaii is located in Embarcadero with limited parking on the street with meters or in the basement ticketed parking area. Blue Hawaii is a small cafe with a couple of indoor table areas. Service is friendly even during a busy lunch hour. We enjoyed a regular size blueberry açaí. It was a tasty açaí bowl but seemed pricey for the amount.

Best smoothies in the city! I always rave about this place to my friends, colleagues, and basically everyone I come across. I love love love their acai bowls. They're so good that I refuse to eat any other acai bowl that isn't sold and made by Blue Hawaii Acai Cafe. I just recently started trying out their smoothies and WOW. I usually order the Kona Qualifier but you can't go wrong with the other flavors. They're all good. The best way that I can describe the Kona Qualifier is that it's their acai bowl in a cup minus all the fruit toppings and granola. I've gone here 3 days in a row and I am not embarrassed at all. Not to mention the staff are so sweet. Keep in mind if you want to tip bring cash as their card system doesn't have the tip option.
